They Might Be Giants

doji_kumoko and I got to see They Might Be Giants in concert here in Athens last night (our first Athens concert!). Met up with
coffeebadass and
robotazalea to go. TMBG were playing at the Georgia Theater and, wow, the acoustics combined with the volume was painful, luckily
coffeebadass (experienced Athens concert goer that he is) brought earplugs for everyone.
The show was fun, they were supporting their new album, The Else but played a lot of classics too including: Istanbul, Fingertips and Particle Man. The only song I would have liked to hear that they did not play was Ana Ng. But their show was fun, the music was good (if to loud) and a good time was had by all. However it did not end until 12:30 am so we were pretty zoned by the time we got home.
