On Saturday, we did something we should not have. We adopted another cat. He is an 8-month old formerly male shelter adoptee. He came with the name of Nixon, as he did not look like a water spirit, we decided to change it and it took until late Sunday to decide on one.
We decided on Joxer (full name: Joxer Nixon Toshi) as he is mostly brave and very tidy, and overshadowed by our other two cats who are both female (and one of whom is a warrior-princess).

Weekend Report - A little late
Nov. 20th, 2006 10:37 pmI already posted about the big news of this weekend, adopting Joxer --our new cat-- was posted here. He is fitting in just fine, except for knock over everything that is stacked up (and that is a lot in our house). Paisley, our older cat, has adapted just fine (as long as she get food and attention, everything is fine). Aeolif, the younger, has been sulky and throwing fits.
Saturday saw a Shadowfist tournament at Tyche's. I placed third out of six, so I could have done worse. Then we picked up Joxer on our way home (the source of his name, explained here), not that we decided on his name until Sunday.
On Sunday, played some more Burning Wheel. I am still not sold on this system, in fact, I think I am becoming progressively less sold on it the more I play of it. (Sorry Indie RPG friends.) That may change, however, as we learn the system better.
