Giant bugs!

We watched Eight Legged Freaks last night. A giant bug B-movie by design. Fun, silly, not overly well plotted or thought out but competently acted. CGI does wonders for giant insects, the spiders moved eerily well and mostly were well integrated with the film (less so later on when their are hordes of giant spiders). My Grade: C+

The DVD came with the director's short film "Larger Then Life" which got him the job doing Eight Legged Freaks and is quite fun in its own right.
