The Unbearable Slowness of Walking

Well, today I was actually kind of out and about after my visit to the Coumadin Clinic (which I have to go back to next week, my increased activity is diffusing the efficiency of the coumadin). Laura dropped me off at Starbucks in downtown Athens and then I went to the bank and caught a bus over to Tyche's. It did not hurt, but it was painfully slow to get around taking me between 15-20 minutes to make it the eight blocks from Starbucks to the bank and back to the bus stop. And these are little Athens city blocks not huge NY-style ones. But I am getting around with the help of my cane and a bit of care. Things will only improve, I am sure.

What days do you have physical therapy now?

Late in the week, this week it is early Thursday, last week, Friday. But currently, only once a week. In any case, early enough that I can get to work.
