This is a new medical drama, actually, it is more of a medical detective story as Dr. House tries to cure the latest patient. He only takes on the strange, bizarre and unusual cases along with his hand picked team of specialists. Though he is usually more interested in the problem than the patient:
“Treating illness is why we became doctors. Treating patients is actually what makes most doctors miserable.”
House is played by Hugh Laurie who is known more for being a comic than his dramatic work, but he does an excellent job as the acerbic Dr. House. It in on Fox, Tuesdays at 9pm, and you can learn more about the show here. Worth watching in my opinion if you like this sort of thing.
