Re the Northern Ireland thing - tis desperation my dear, desperation.

The country, esp the young people, have moved on and I think both sides are pretty desperate to hold on to their influence and power. The people of Northern Ireland are demanding change from those who represent them and if these guys don't deliver now, then they'll be out on their collective ear.

Which is great.

Northern Ireland is a changed place. Even their football team won this week!
