I am pretty sure no as you cannot own a bazooka or machine gun without proper licensing which would not be forthcoming. It would actually be a bit more expensive for an individual as you would need the support, GPS uplinks, radar system interface (if you wanted to use it in an anti-shipping role) and some fairly complex repair and upkeep facilities.
But I expect to see it in a James Bond-style story soon.
