Adventures in Baking

Those who know me, know I do not cook a very wide variety of things and most of those are pretty simple. The one think I bake and I think I bake well is Gingerbread (thank to a superb recipe from Sweet Treats).

So, Laura is off at a movie with her friends from the library and asked me to bake some gingerbread, now, you would ( think that would be easy )
