Update at Last

Sorry to have been so long since I last posted. Kept getting distracted and not much to write about anyway.

The house is getting back in shape after the floor replacement but we are still moving things around, cleaning and rearranging.

We finished watching the first season of Deadwood, after a rocky start it actually starts to settle into some pretty solid plots and characters. The language may remain an issue for some, but after the first two episodes it: a) calms down, and b) you get used to it. Good enough for us to be interested in watching the second season.

We also watched the first seven episodes of the anime Peach Girl, which is high school drama but amusing.

Lastly, we saw Tristan and Isolde, honestly, much better than I was expecting. Solid acting, well filmed, excellent combat scenes and costumes, acceptable plot, terrible history. My Grade: C+
