Review - Cure

The movie, not the band.

We watched this last night, Cure, another of the 'new Japanese horror' school of movies. This one, however, has a very tight plot and flows really well, better then Ju-on aka the Grudge (either version) or the Ring (and probably better even then the American remake). Lots of interesting ideas and imagery combines with a very clear progression of events. And it is fun to see that jaded cops are the same the world over. My Grade: B
