Princess of Thieves

Yes, a movie, one of the Disney family movies. Princess of Thieves stars Keira Knightly as Gwyn, daughter of Robin Hood (who also appears in the movie). While most Robin Hood related movies are bad history, this one crosses fully into alternate history with Gwyn and Robin helping King Richard's bastard son Philip seize the throne of England from John after Richard's death! Not a bad movie but not a great one. Malcolm McDowell plays a great Sheriff of Nottingham and Jonathan Hyde does a decent Prince John. It has a good RPG kind of feel to it. Do not go out of your way to watch it, but it is a fun show. My Grade: C+
