We watched this tonight at long last, the movie dates from 1988 (I had not realized it was that old). Scrooged stars Bill Murray as an evil TV ex who is overseeing his network's production of Scrooge as well as making life miserable for everyone around him. Formulaic but amusing, Murray plays such an amazingly good bastard. Some nifty effects and humorous scene with decent pacing. A fun movie for the season, but probably best for those who already like Murray's work. My Grade: C+/B-
