Batman Begins

Laura and I went to see Batman Begins last night, even paying full price to do so. Quite a good movie, definitely in the top tier of superhero movies and the best Batman so far. Interesting choice for the look of Gotham, the CGI and matte work really made it look like a real city, though I missed the dark Gothic nature of Tim Burton's vision of the city. The acting was respectable with Cillian Murphy perfect as Dr. Jonathan Crane and Michael Caine making a delightful Alfred. My Grade: B+/A-
