White Suits and Dodos
Jun. 3rd, 2005 04:27 pmLast night, Laura and I watched The Man in the White Suit from 1951 starring Alec Guinness as Sidney Stratton, a slightly mad inventor who develops a cloth that will not stain or wear out. This leads to trouble, as you would expect. It is B7W but the DVD print was crisp and enjoyable to watch. A delightful movie and I know know where the cloth for superheroes costumes come from in my Champions world. My Grade: A-
