Things are changing
Dec. 19th, 2004 05:08 pmToday my friend Remi left for Durham, NC, with his girlfriend Liz. I am sure going to miss him.
Further, his leaving puts a hole in my Sea of Stars D&D campaign, which had already dropped from five to four players, and now it is down to three. I think I will need to find a new player or two.
It may also disrupt the AEON Defenders Mutants & Masterminds game, in which we were both players, which has also suffer player loss and is also now down to three players.
I hate to seem like an ass and complain about a friend leaving primary about how his going away messes up my gaming life. I will also miss his thoughts and insights on gaming, comics, music, movies and politics. Remi has just become a really good friend in the last few months and I will really miss seeing him around. At least we will still keep in touch via email and the web.
