Of Doctors, Movies and things

Visited Doctor Moye this morning, X-rays were taken. Analysis: my leg is healing fine, I am to stay off of it and see him in a month. So, good news I guess.

Last night, Laura and I watched AZUMI, a wild Japanese martial arts action movie from the director of Versus. Very fun, thin on plot and high on wacky action. It is sort of a live action Ninja Scroll without supernatural stuff.

Watched most of the Animal Planet special on Dragons which treats dragons as if they actually existed and charts out their evolution and eventual decline as a natural species. Quite fun and narrated by Patrick Stewart.

Unfortunately, I missed the Animal Planet special. The previews looked supa cool, but geeking after a King's Gate event took precendence. Oh well.

I am sure they will repeat it. I think it is worth watching.

How did King's Gate go? And when will you next be free to come up to Athens?

King's Gate was excellent. Much character angst, and a surprising amount of good fighty-fighty.

I'm not sure about my schedule right now. I need to sit down and figure it out - ignore the fact that I'm sitting down as I write this. ;)

But with gas prices being what they are, my trips to Athens are getting a bit more painful.
