OK, am I geek enough for the AlphaGeeks? You decide as I step into the Geek Arena. [Cue Iron Chief music.]

I have been a gamer for 26 years, starting at age ten. I have attended GenCon for the last four years, as part of AEG's demo team, and have played in all the official L5R LARPs at GenCon for those years. I do editing, writing and play-testing for AEG's D20 line of books. I work in a (non-computer) game/anime store. I am writing a monthly column on history and role-playing for the Silven Crossroads website. I have some other dusty writing credits to my name as well (Rolemaster, TORG, White Wolf magazine).

Currently I run one D&D campaign (monthly), self created world (The Sea of Stars). Play in one campaign (weekly, run by my wife) and play/co-GM in a shared world D&D campaign (weekly). I play lots of L5R CCG, some Shadowfist and a few other CCGs.

I have a BA degree in History (minor in philosophy) from the University of Portland (Oregon) and have done some work towards a MA in history at UGA.

OK, enough for now.
