Followers

haikujaguar has an interesting post on how followers are denigrated in the modern world. Interesting points. I cannot but turn it to thinking of the sorts of RPG characters I like to play and I often play support characters, in fact, I quite like the loyal retainer or neccessary servant role. Playing characters that make everyone else cooler is fun and it can be like that in life too.
